Area Degen

Area Degen is a new mechanism introduced in Season 2. As Encounters prolong, all Ships in the map will take taking damage every second. The longer a player is in a node, the more overtime damage they will receive.

Time before Area Degen is activated

- Normal Encounters = 60 seconds

- Robotic Encounters = 60 seconds

- Weekly = Area Degen starts immediately
