Once a gear is blacklisted, they are completely removed from the game's drop table, meaning you'll no longer be able to obtain any gear that is blacklisted by you. This apply to encounter gear rewards, A.R.C rewards, gear transforming, and also salvaging. Gear blacklist will reset after season ends."
