Players can unlock the "Upgrade" tab by recruiting [[Sparkie]].


<h2>Upgrade Types</h2>
You can now find similar upgrades, such as [[Gear Scores]] and [[Gear Slots]], on the [[Tech Tree]] instead.
 
[[Companion]]'s level upgrade: Increases your companion's mission reward bonus
 
[[Gear Score Limit]] Upgrade: Increases your maximum allowed Gear Score while running [[Normal Encounters]]
 
Additional Tactician Slot for Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary Troopers
