Interactions: - When half-radiated by a protostar, it can only cleanse every other turn - It can only cleanse ships equal to or lower than it's level
	Ability: This ship takes a few turns to build up to it's maximum attack. After 2 attackes the third one will be it's "full" value. Interactions: - None
