Each account gets a free, non-withdrawable virtual "[[Patch]]" [[Trooper]] for new players to try out. [[Patch]] can be used to run [[Normal Encounters]], allowing players to explore the game before buying a NFT.
 
There are many ways to play [[Outlaw Troopers]], but here we will outline a few scenarios to get started.  Depending on how much budget you have to work with, pick which setup works best for you!
 
<h2>Where to buy decks?</h2>
You may also purchase Decks from the secondary market such as <html><a target='_blank' href='https://tokentrove.com/collection/OutlawTroopers'>TokenTrove</a></html> or [[FGL Vault]].
 
<h2>What happens if I buy more than one deck?</h2>
Buying more than one deck is perfectly fine.  All the [[Troopers]]/[[Qwitts]]/etc will "Stack" with any other decks you have.  For instance if you buy TWO Basic Starter Decks you would have 2 Patches, 2 Wormfoils, 2 Grumbleblades and 10 [[Qwitts]] to use in-game.

1x [[Planet Deed]] - owning a [[Planet]] lets you earn passive [[Lifeforce]] as well as produce [[Genes]] depending on [[Planet]] type
