Second Wind is an ability that will fully regenerate your Shield and Armor the next time your Armor reaches zero (1 minute cooldown). However, if there is a Dominator: Operative, it will impact the amount of Shield and Armor regenerated.

When the Second Wind ability is ready and available, a bubble effect will surround your wingman.
