Buy a Wormfoil - use it to farm radioactive shards in low-tier normal encounters.
Buy a Qwitt - run Robot Hacking and get a Robotic Access Key to enter The Abyss

Advanced Setup
Buy 1 Phantom - this will be your encounter runner
Buy 1 Lady Silksand - use her to farm radioactive shards
Buy 5 Guardian Troopers - collect bounties
